What forms of payment do you accepted? TOP
We accept Mastercard,Visa, Discover and American Express thru a secured server, payments thru Paypal and all major credit cards thru PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. We also accept money orders made payable to Taylor's Baby LLC. Personal checks are not accepted.
Will my credit card information be secure? TOP
Yes - Your credit card information is processed through a secure server. The information provided is only accessible to Taylor's Baby LLC.
When will my credit card be charged? TOP
Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Due to the nature of our custom and personalized products, work cannot begin until your payment has cleared.
Will my personal information remain confidential? TOP
Yes - All of our customer's email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses will remain confidential to Taylor's Baby LLC. We will never share, rent, sell or exchange any personal information, as your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
Do you offer exchanges/refunds or cancellations? TOP
At Taylors Baby, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If
you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly refund your money
or offer you an exchange less the original shipping charges.
Please check your order carefully before submitting and notify us
immediately of any sizing or spelling errors. Taylor's Baby makes every
attempt to provide actual colors of our products. Please note slight
variations may occur on individual screen monitors. Please email us
with any questions before ordering.

Shipping
charges to return an item are the customer's responsibility unless it
is clearly proven there was an error made by Taylor's Baby. We must be
notified within 3 days of the delivery date of your purchase to request
a refund or exchange. The first day starts the day the item is
delivered. All returned products must have a Return Authorization
Number and must be unused, unwashed, securely packed in the original
packaging and include all paperwork and warranty cards.
If
packaging is not in its original condition, the items will be returned
to you. To request a Return Authorization Number please send an email
to info@taylorsbaby.com or call us at 303-502-5848 or Toll Free
1-866-700-6194 with the following information:

- Name of product to be returned
- Reason for return
- Whether you would like an exchange or refund
- Custom Built Playhouses are NON REFUNDABLE - THEY ARE A FINAL SALE
- Custom Birthday Invitations & Birth Announcement are FINAL SALE
- Round Cribs and Cradles by Little Miss Liberty are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee on returns.
- All personalized and custom made to order items cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable unless there is an error on the part of Taylor's Baby.
- All Hand Painted Furniture is non-refundable or exchangeable as each piece is custom painted to order.
- Crib & Toddler bedding by Bebe Chic and Beautiful Baby are custom made to order and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable. Please be sure to request free swatches before ordering.
- Custom Photo Birth Announcements and Birthday Invitations are non-refundable or exchangeable. Orders cancelled after proof has been sent are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Hair ware item are non-refundable or exchangeable due to the nature of the products. This included hats, bows, clippies and headbands.
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled only if Taylor's Baby is notified within 24 hours of the time the order is placed.
When will I receive my order? TOP
Most orders are shipped within 7 business days via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground at the designers discretion unless otherwise noted. Personalized or custom orders may take longer - this is noted with the product description.
We will notify you prior to processing your order and charging your credit card with an estimated delivery date.
Items marked Free Shipping do not include expedited shipping - additional fees apply for expedited shipping.
If you require expedited shipping on an item that isn't noted, please email us prior to placing your order so we may give you an express shipping estimate.
If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive your items in separate shipments. You may track your order via our Order Tracking page by entering your email address and order number.
How do I use the Gift Registry? TOP
It's very easy! Just click on our Gift Registry page and fill in your information. You may send us an email at info@taylorsbaby.com with a list of your guests and we will be happy to send them an email to let them know you are registered at Taylors Baby and/or you may also select registry cards from Taylors Baby to enclose with your shower invitations at no charge.
All email addresses will remain confidential.
Can you assist me with sizing? TOP
Absolutely! - Please refer to our size chart or send us an email and we will be happy to assist you with any sizing questions.
Where do you ship to? TOP
We currently only ship within the United States and select products to Canada. Extra shipping charges may apply to Canadian Delivery. We will email you prior to charging your credit card with any additional shipping charges to Canada or you may email us for a shipping quote.
Taylor's Baby LLC is not responsible for items damaged in transit. Please email us immediately if you received a damaged product or package.
