Return Policy
At Taylors Baby, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly refund your money or offer you an exchange less the original shipping charges.

Shipping charges to return an item are the customer's responsibility unless it is clearly proven there was an error made by Taylor's Baby.
We must be notified within 3 days of the delivery date of your purchase to request a refund or exchange. The first day starts the day the item is delivered.
All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number and must be unused, unwashed, securely packed in the original packaging and include all paperwork and warranty cards.
If packaging is not in its original condition, the items will be returned to you.

order number, name of product to be returned, reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Once we have issued an authorization number, your returned items must arrive back to us within 10 days in order to receive a credit or exchange.

**Round Cribs and Cradles by Little Miss Liberty are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee on returns. **
**All personalized and custom made to order items cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable unless there is an error on the part of Taylor's Baby.
**All Hand Painted Furniture is non-refundable or exchangeable as each piece is custom painted to order
**Crib & Toddler bedding by Bebe Chic and Beautiful Baby are custom made to order and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
Please be sure to request free swatches before ordering.
**Custom Photo Birth Announcments and Birthday Invitations are non-refundable or exchangeable. Orders cancelled after proof has been sent are subject to a $50 cancellation fee**
**Hair ware item are non-refundable or exchangeable due to the nature of the products. This included hats, bows, clippies and headbands**
Please check your order carefully before submitting and notify us immediately of any sizing or spelling errors.
Taylor's Baby makes every attempt to provide actual colors of our products.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if Taylor's Baby is notified within 24 hours of the time the order is placed.
**A $50 Cancellation Fee Applies to Custom Photo and Birth Announcements if order is cancelled after first proof is sent**
